Bevel Gear Cutting
Straight bevel gears turn power through a right angle, with the load riding on the contact between the mating teeth. We cut them up to 18" OD and 3" face width and pair them as matched sets, checking the contact pattern and roll-testing each pair before it leaves.
Every set is cut to print for new applications, or reverse-engineered from a worn sample when the original is obsolete.
