From blanking bar stock through tooth cutting, grinding, heat treating, and precision wire EDM, we run gears and shafts through one controlled sequence and back it with in-house ISO 9001 inspection. When a gearbox fails, the same shop handles repair, rebuild, and remanufacturing, with root-cause diagnostics and reverse engineering of worn or obsolete parts.

Since 1988 we have reinvested in the equipment and tooling that lets us hold large-diameter gears and heavy shafts to tolerance, on the production schedules our customers depend on. When a part is too big or too demanding for another shop to take, it belongs here.
