Reverse Engineering

We reverse engineer gears, shafts, and gearbox components to recreate accurate prints, 3D models, and replacement parts that fit and perform to specification.

Technology

Our process includes teardown, dimensional inspection, tooth form measurement, and digital reconstruction in CAD. We create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and CAM data, then validate geometry with contact pattern, fit, and backlash checks. Supported forms include spur, helical, herringbone, straight bevel, worm, and involute or straight-sided splines.
