Milling
Milling sets the datums every later operation works from, so the bores and faces it cuts have to be accurate before a part moves to hobbing or turning. We mill gear blanks, hubs, bores, faces, slots, and keyways within a 44" x 16" x 20" envelope.
Every part is milled to print for new applications, or reverse-engineered from a worn sample for a rebuild.
