We specialize in precision gear hobbing, cutting spur, helical, double-helical, and worm gears to exact specifications for demanding applications. We hob external gears most shops can't fit on their machines, cut to print for new applications or reverse-engineered from a worn sample for a rebuild.
Technology
Hobbing range from 1.5 DP to 72 DP with helix angles up to 30°. External gears up to 72″ OD. Internal gears up to 18″ PD with max LTB 5.000″. Repeatable AGMA-class accuracy through rigid setups and in-process inspection.
