Custom Parts

When a part falls outside a standard catalog, it usually comes down to size, material, or a feature that needs more than one process to make, which is the work we take on. We machine custom parts up to 120" long in steel, hardened steel, stainless, cast iron, and bronze, with spline and keyway broaching, drilling, tapping, grinding, and 5-axis machining of special shapes.

Every part is built to print for new applications, or reverse-engineered from a worn sample when the original is obsolete. We take the large, multi-process parts that smaller shops turn away.
