Pulleys

A pulley has to hold bore concentricity and run balanced, because runout at speed shows up as belt wear and vibration through the whole drive. We manufacture and machine pulleys, cogs, and flywheels up to 72" in steel, hardened steel, stainless, cast iron, and bronze, with spline and keyway broaching, drilling, tapping, grinding, and vertical machining of special shapes.

Every part is built to print for new applications, or reverse-engineered from a worn sample for a rebuild. We size them for the large, heavy drives that keep industrial equipment turning.
