When a spur gear runs past the size range most shops can hold, it gets cut here. We machine internal and external spur gears up to 72" OD through hobbing, shaping, and grinding, for the large drives and heavy equipment that keep American industry turning.
Every gear is built to print for new applicaitons, or reverse-engineered from a worn sample for a rebuild. We machine them in annealed, hardened, and stainless steel, along with other ferrous and nonferrous materials.
