Worm Gears

Worm gears carry heavy load in industrial drives, and when one fails, the equipment it runs goes down with it. We cut large custom worm gears from coarse to fine pitch, sized for the demanding equipment most shops turn away.

Every gear is built to print for new applications, or reverse-engineered from a worn sample when a gearbox is going back into service. We machine them in annealed, hardened, and stainless steel, along with other ferrous and nonferrous materials.
