Straight Bevel Gears
When a bevel gear runs in heavy industrial equipment, it has to carry load and hold its pattern run after run. We cut straight bevel gears up to 18" OD and 3" face width, in fine and coarse pitches, with ratios from 1:1 to 1:10 and a coniflex or conventional bearing pattern.
Every gear is built to print for new applications, or reverse-engineered from a worn sample when the original is obsolete. We machine them in annealed, hardened, and stainless steel, along with other ferrous and nonferrous materials.
